Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids to updrade the video systems at Hillcrest, Lake Road, and Ridgemont (specifications attached). We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

EduTech, Inc.
Education Networks of America, Inc.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
